Today, Grady is the CEO of Anchor Asset Management Group, the parent company of Genesis Commercial Real Estate, Versailles Property Management, and Vesta Boutique Realty. A Northwest Arkansas native and graduate of the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas, Zack began his commercial real estate career as a junior in college and has now spent over 12 years in the business.

Zack’s focus has been on Landlord and Tenant Representation across the Retail & Office sectors, while also handling Investment & Land Sales for large homebuilders, multifamily developers, and owner/users throughout the market.
After eight successful years at Moses Tucker Partners, where he became a partner, Zack co-founded Genesis Commercial—a firm dedicated to bringing a fresh, relationship-driven approach to commercial real estate in Northwest Arkansas.
In addition to brokerage, Zack owns The Sod Store, a second-generation family business he purchased from his parents six years ago. While not involved in day-to-day operations, he has built and empowered a strong leadership team that runs the company.

Zack is a fundraising partner for the First Tee of NWA, Luekemia & Lymphoma Society, Men Sharpening Men and an active member in ICSC and ULI here locally and was recently named to Northwest Arkansas Business Journal's 40 under 40 at just 32 years old.
